New Faces
Lori Mazon
Lori Mazon graduated from California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. As a student chef, Lori was honored with Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association's Eighth Annual People's Choice Award for her culinary creation.
She went on to intern at the Wente Vineyards Restaurant and then as a Cafe Manager for Guckenheimer Enterprises, nominated for manager of the year (northern California) in 1999.
This APCA member brings her expertise to the bi-monthly newsletter, and will be moderating a members-only forum dedicated to wine pairings. APCA thanks Lori for her contribution.
Gordon
Johnson
A new-old face for many APCA members, Gord Johnson has been an APCA member for more than two years. While transplanted from Canada into Seattle during that time, Gord has worked to assist the association wherever possible on a number of projects.
The APCA is pleased to announce that Gord has accepted the job of Director of Program Development and will continue to assist the association and its members in leading the Personal Chef industry.
