Wine Parings Feature

APCA member Lori Mazon will be providing regular features on how to select appropriate wines to recommend to your clients when they seek your advice. While reviews of individual labels may be a component of these articles, more importantly is the information Lori brings on making good selections. Watch for the first of these articles in the November/December issue. Learn more about Lori here.

Mastercook Tips

Mastercook is the undeniable standard in recipe processing for the Personal Chef industry. But are Personal Chefs using it to its fullest potential? The Mastercook breakout sessions at the Summit showed us the answer is a resounding "no". Gord Johnson will be providing regular "how-to" articles to help you get the most out of making Mastercook support the Personal Chef process.

Member Polls

Each month The Professional Personal Chef wants to hear from its readers on a variety of topics, from markets served, ingredients used, greatest obstacles, best achievements and more! Watch for the poll each edition.

Editorials

From time-to-time The Professional Personal Chef will run editorials from APCA members as well as other interested members of the Personal Chef community. These opinion pieces promise to be thought-provoking and spark a lot of commentary.

Ongoing Features

Along with these new features we will be retaining many of our established features such as the member profile, "how to" knife features, featured recipe and others. If there are any other features you want to see added, please drop us a line.
