In March 2004 CPL was approached by several chefs
that encouraged them to produce their labels for the
Personal Chef Industry. “We’re very excited we can
fulfill this need for this industry and, at the same
time, eliminate the Personal Chefs’ concerns in
finding quality labeling solutions.” says Co-Owner
Christi Paschal. “We can save them A LOT of time and
money.” said Paschal.
CPL was actually started with local restaurants
wanting instructional labels for their customers’
take home containers. Having recently sponsored and
attended the 2004 APCA Summit in Minneapolis, MN;
CPL continues to have an overwhelming response.
The mission of Chef Prep Labels is to provide
quality products that enable chefs to promote and
communicate their business to new and existing
