2004 has been a busy year for APCA member Chef Ken
McNamee. He who was not only named ACF Western
Region Chef of the Year, he competed in August at
the ACF National Conference for ACF Chef of the
Year, left his prestigious position as Executive
Chef of the Columbia Tower Club in Seattle, WA to
move to New York City, get married and open business
as a personal chef in Manhattan. Way to Go, Chef
Ken.
